These handsome black and white photo-engraving are taken from a United States Fisheries
Commission Bulletin dated 1884. The fish are native freshwater and marine species of
North America drawn with incredible detail. The bulletin contains hundreds of fish and
the prints often identify the artist as well as the site of collection of the original specimen.
Many of these species are familiar to American fishermen and are still pursued today.
These are beautiful prints representing Americas rich and diverse fishing history. These prints measure approximately 8.5" by 11".
